Right now we're looking for the best sales engineer the United Kingdom has to offer to help deliver innovative solutions in the collaboration space.
As our newest sales engineer, what can you expect?
- you're going to provide in-depth pre-sales technical expertise on Colligo products to customers, what else?
- you're the go-to-person for technical aspects of customer solutions including proposal response, road map briefings, in-depth architectural design, proof-of-concept work and the co-ordination of supporting technical resources for customers;
- you're an integral part of the sales team strategy to drive sales opportunities to closure;
- you're going to take what you learn from our customers and help drive new product ideas within engineering;
- uhm, travel, of course ... it is sales!
- you get to work with other A-players because you're too good to spend long hours with B-players;
Right then. We could (and perhaps should) list a bunch of specific requirements, years of experience in particular languages and all the usual job posting type stuff but, really, we're looking for people with the right spark of intelligence, personality, engineering experience and drive (and communicates and plays well with other humans). But if you must know, you will really succeed in this position if you possess the following:
- at least 5 years experience in a customer facing role;
- you excel at presenting product roadmap information and developing and articulating a vision as to how products come together to meet specific customer needs today and tomorrow;
- familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint Server, .Net Platform, Exchange and Office;
- you really appreciated the upward mobility of Wimbledon FC and want to be a part of a team that is going to the Premier League - without having to move to Milton Keynes.

Right now we're looking for an outstanding Technical Support guru for our customers who possesses advanced technical troubleshooting and analysis methods and a desire to create a world class support infrastructure to ensure our customers have a great and effortless experience. Is that you?
As our newest customer support guru, what can you expect?
- you're it! The technical guru that assists Tier 1 solve basic problems, investigate elevated issues (you know: confirming the validity of the problem and seeking known solutions related to complex issues), and applies your experience and knowledge to those nasty new customer issues that always seem to arise;
- of course you directly and consistently provide a service level to our customers that is the envy of all;
- using your wealth of knowledge, creative solutions and charm you will be our Community Forums manager and help build out an online presence which aids customers install, configure, use and upgrade software and applications - yup, you are the "talent" whether it be video or other social media outlets;
- assist development by characterizing and investigating customer issues and providing feedback to the team;
- you monitor customer requests and issues and proactively create FAQs, knowledge articles and other online tools to reduce and/or eliminate future support requests;
- you use Microsoft CRM to capture your interactions to further complete our holistic customer view;
- provide assurance to Colligo management that support quality is consistent with industry best practices, established technology standards and emerging trends;
- perhaps some travel whether virtual (remotely taking over the user's machine) or real (onsite installations and/or investigations) - we leave that to you;
- and, most importantly, you are going to be a passionate advocate for the customer and the quality of our product!!
Phew! Got it. What do you need to nail it?
You're an enthusiastic, customer centric engineer who can couple exceptional skills in desktop software solutions and problem solving with a passion for providing world class service to our customers. You think like our customers and know what they want and you will accept nothing but the best. But in order to really rock in this position you possess the following:
- at least 3 years of experience in a telephone, email, online, hands on customer technical support capacity servicing geographically distributed customers in a Microsoft-based organization;
- a degree in computer science or engineering, diploma in Computer Information Systems or equivalent IT training and industry experience;
- significant experience with desktop applications, networking databases, web servers, security etc. and products that combine these into practical solutions;
- you know the Microsoft environment including Microsoft client operating systems, Office, SharePoint, Internet Explorer, their enterprise stacks and server technologies;
- as mentioned above, a working knowledge of security technologies (antivirus, firewalls, antispyware, etc.), client-server applications, and Lotus Notes;
- working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, TCP/IP, group policy, system imaging technologies, and application updating an deployment software;
- you were so keen about what you do you went out and got certified (Microsoft MCSE and/or IT cert's perhaps?)
- you're friends are jealous because they do not have the same high attention to detail, analytical skills, excitement and enthusiasm as you do while wow'ing them with your exceptional communication skills.
