| Barry Jinks President, CEO, & Founder |
Barry Jinks is a serial entrepreneur who has participated on the founding management teams and boards of directors of several technology startups. Shortly after graduating from university, he joined LSI Logic Corporation, a pioneer in the application specific semiconductor market, as part of the team that spun off the Canadian subsidiary and took it public. Subsequently, Barry led Spectrum Signal Processing, a provider of software reconfigurable and software defined radio (SDR) platforms, to a dominant market position, guiding it from a startup to a NASDAQ and TSE-listed company with 200 employees and $40 million in sales. He left Spectrum in 1999 and founded Colligo Networks in 2000. Barry holds degrees in Science and Electrical Engineering from UBC, where he won several academic awards. While at Spectrum, he was named Ernst and Young's 1997 Pacific Region 'Entrepreneur of the Year' for High Technology. Barry is a member of the World President's Organization (WPO), the professional engineering association of BC, the board of directors of the BC Technology Industries Association, the board of directors of VRX Worldwide (TSX: VRW.V) and the board of advisors of the UBC Electrical Engineering Department. |

Brent's career has been focused on developing innovative new products and bringing them to market. He has been the founder and CEO of two technology startups, and has recently been consulting in marketing and business development. At Ontain, he raised $16M in capital and launched the company's payment software in over 1,000 stores at Boston Market and Subway. At Sonigistix, he raised $8M in capital, negotiated a strategic partnership with Delphi Automotive, and launched the company's first speaker product with Micron PC. Brent has a Masters degree in Applied Science from the University of British Columbia. |

Wendy has been a driving force in the west coast technology industry for over fifteen years, with a focus on strategic planning, finance, and business operations. Previously, Wendy was Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Operations at VRX Worldwide Inc. (TSX-V: VRW) where she successfully brought finance in-house and built a scalable infrastructure to support VRX’s growth plans. Prior to that she was the Vice President of Finance and Operations at GaleForce Solutions Inc. where she raised $9.3M in venture and private financing for ongoing operations. Wendy is also the founder of Business Ready Solutions Inc. which provides effective and efficient solutions to small tech companies ensuring their growth potential isn’t hindered by operational deficiencies. Wendy holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce from the University of British Columbia. |

Dave Foster is a seasoned product development leader, having held previous positions as Director of Quality Assurance at Electronic Arts Canada and Director of Engineering at Motorola Wireless Data Division. Dave brings over 15 years of expertise in managing technology product development and delivery with major multi-national companies, including a successful track record of repeatable on-time systems delivery to international markets. He has led a multi-disciplinary engineering department that delivered the first commercial GPRS wireless data system. Dave has also restructured and managed a large scale testing department, servicing multiple concurrent console game teams on schedule-critical deliveries. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelors of Science from Queens’ University in Belfast. |

Ed brings over 20 years of experience in technology companies. He was previously Vice President of Sales at JustSystems, where he led new business sales of XML-based content creation software and content lifecycle solutions to Fortune 1000 and mid-market companies in North America and EMEA. Prior to that, Ed was Director of Sales for the XMetaL product group at BlastRadius Software, which was acquired by JustSystems in 2006. He was also a Business Development Manager at Motorola, Director of North American Sales for Blue Wave Systems, and Director of EMEA Sales at Spectrum Signal Processing. Ed started his career as a computer systems engineer prior to moving into sales. He holds a B.S.E. from the University of Michigan, College of Engineering. At Colligo Networks, Ed is responsible for building and executing a worldwide key account sales strategy to capitalize on the growing opportunities in the desktop collaboration market. |

Genèse has specialized in business-to-business marketing for nearly 10 years, helping organizations effectively bring technology and services to market. With BC Hydro International, she helped launch a new line of warning system solutions for hydro utilities and government. Genèse worked three years with KPMG, helping the technology and real estate practices build market share by hosting senior executive events, winning proposals, and through business development. At the Jim Pattison Trade Group, she worked on national media campaigns and distribution strategies for major business and consumer brands. At ACL Services, she managed programs that generated thousands of Fortune 5000 leads through direct email campaigns and webinars. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Marketing specialization from the University of British Columbia, where she received several academic accolades. |

Bill Tam is the President & CEO of Eqo Communications. He has been a driving force in new telecom and wireless ventures over the past 18 years. He has been actively involved in guiding the success of entrepreneurial companies as an executive, investor and Board member. Bill was a founding executive and Chief Marketing Officer at MetroNet Communications, the first and largest CLEC in Canada. Just prior to joining Eqo, Bill was a Partner with SpringBank TechVentures and served on the boards of several technology startups. Bill has held senior executive positions at AT&T Canada, MetroNet Communications, Rogers Communications, Jones Cable, Infowave Software and Bell Canada. Bill holds an MBA from Ivey Business School, and earned his degree in Electrical Engineering at McGill University. |

Greg Wolfe is Executive Vice President, Operations, for Business Objects. In this capacity, Greg is responsible for managing operations and ensuring customer success in the Americas and EMEA. All customer facing resources, sales operations personnel, and sales alliances resources in the Americas and EMEA report to him. Greg has a strong track record of success in creating and managing high-growth and customer-obsessed organizations. Prior to his current responsibilities, he was the Americas general manager at Business Objects and had significant impact on revenues and customer satisfaction. Before joining Business Objects, Greg was vice president of North American sales at Crystal Decisions where he played a key role in growing the business to more than triple in size during his four-year tenure. He also held leadership positions at Xerox, Canada, in the company's electronic printing and publishing business. His responsibilities spanned an 11-year stint in management and major account operations. In addition to Colligo, Greg serves as a board director at the British Columbia Technology Industry Association. He holds a bachelor of business administration and undergraduate studies from the University of Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. |

Maria Pacella is an investment manager, information technology at GrowthWorks Capital. Maria joined GrowthWorks in April 2001 and previously worked for an investment bank in mergers and acquisitions across a variety of industries including financial services and technology. More recently, Maria worked at an interactive media firm assisting the company in operational activities and strategic initiatives. Andrew has also worked for a number of years as a software engineer at Nortel and as a consultant at DMR Group.
