Colligo Networks Appoints David Wood
as Vice President, Sales

Vancouver, BC - October 27, 2005 - Colligo Networks announced today that David Wood has been appointed to the newly created position of Vice President, Sales, where he will be responsible for all international business development, sales channels and key customer relationships.

Mr. Wood has extensive experience in senior management roles at several successful early stage technology companies. Most recently, David was the CEO of LodgeView Entertainment, a company that provides video on demand systems to the hotel industry. Prior to that, he held senior management positions with several early stage software and wireless companies, including CEO of Vision2Hire solutions Inc. and Vice President of Sales and Marketing Nexus Engineering Corp.. During his seven years at Nexus, the company received numerous awards for entrepreneurship, management and advertising, and grew from 20 to 350 employees.
