Another Year of Record Growth for Colligo Networks

2006 Marks Record Revenues and Over 150,000 Licensed Users

Vancouver, BC, February 12, 2007 - Colligo Networks, a leading developer of offline collaboration software for mobile professionals, reported another year of double digit growth in 2006. Year over year revenues increased 47% in the fourth quarter and 32% for the year. In 2006, hundreds of enterprises, small to large, chose Colligo for their offline collaboration solution - bringing the total number of licensed users with active maintenance and support to over 153,000. The addition of these customers demonstrates the continued need of mobile workers to access, modify, and share content in "occasionally connected" settings where they cannot rely on access to corporate servers or the Internet.

"2006 was an exciting year for Colligo with the continued success of the Colligo Workgroup Edition product line and the introduction of the Colligo for SharePoint product family," says Barry Jinks, President and CEO of Colligo Networks. "The new product line for offline access to SharePoint has been a resounding success. Thousands of SharePoint users are benefiting from the free Colligo Reader every day. Thousands more from SMEs and enterprises in over 20 countries, including Global 500 organizations, have deployed Colligo Contributor in the nine months since its release."

Colligo® Workgroup Edition software enables mobile teams equipped with wireless capable laptops to instantly and securely network together no matter where they are working - at a client site or on the road. The Colligo for SharePoint product family enables organizations to extend the reach of SharePoint, increasing its adoption and utility with their workforce. Colligo ReaderTM and Colligo ContributorTM for SharePoint® are easy-to-deploy .NET client applications that enhance productivity by enabling users to instantly and securely access, modify, and create SharePoint documents, forms, list items, and metadata offline when and where they need it, regardless of connectivity.

In 2006, Colligo Networks continued to gain industry recognition for all these product lines. Colligo Workgroup Edition 4.0 received the 2006 Technology Week Editor’s Choice Award and the 2006 Tax & Accounting Technology Innovation Award sponsored by the CPA Technology Advisor. The Colligo for SharePoint product line was reviewed by several publications, and rated "excellent" by eWeek for its ease of use. Dan’l Lewin, Microsoft Corporate Vice President of Strategic and Emerging Business Development recognized Colligo Networks among "incredible companies doing extraordinary things." This year also marked Colligo's first year as a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and the introduction of the Colligo for SharePoint Partner Program.

"With our current momentum and the recent launch of SharePoint 2007, this coming year is shaping up to set another record for Colligo," says Barry Jinks. "A rapidly growing community of SharePoint users - over 1000 per month in 2006 - are improving their productivity with the free Colligo Reader. Based on the feedback we received on the Beta for our SharePoint 2007 compatible product, we expect a very positive market response when Version 2.0 of the Colligo for SharePoint product line is pre-viewed this week at the Microsoft European SharePoint Conference 2007 in Berlin, Germany."
