Colligo Contributor™ Add-In for Outlook® increases adoption of SharePoint for email and content management.   Email Management
Users can easily save emails to SharePoint through Send & File, drag-and-drop, or Outlook rules. Entire Outlook folders can be copied to SharePoint. Email message fields are instantly captured and users can set content types and custom metadata. Emails are saved as .msg files with unique names.

  Attachments Replaced with Links
The Contributor Add-In allows users to instantly upload attachments to SharePoint, replacing them with links. Customizable email send rules prompt users to upload attachments before sending. Specific SharePoint document libraries or folders are easily synched to Outlook with a toolbar button. Content is displayed with a tree view in the left-hand navigation pane. Documents and document sets are easily opened, edited, and saved. Documents can be created using document and form templates, or added through drag-and-drop. In-place records management is supported in SharePoint 2010.

  Synchronization & Version Resolution
Users can select specific libraries, folders, or lists for sync. Cached content is kept up-to-date with any automatic background sync. When online, modifications to content can immediately trigger synchronization. Configuration options can be set by individual users or locked by IT. Elegant conflict resolution, integrated with Microsoft Word® compare and merge, notifies the user if conflicting edits have been made by multiple users while offline.

Easy to Deploy - Contributor Add-In supports Outlook (2003/2007/2010), with full integration to SharePoint (WSS 2.0/3.0, SharePoint Foundation, or SharePoint Server 2003/2007/2010) and support for terminal server environments. It's very quick and easy to deploy with a small 10 MB client install package and no server installation. The deployment Configuration Editor allows SharePoint Administrators to easily pre-configure sites for sync, set automatic sync intervals, configure storage locations, and more.
