Email & Attachment Management Users can easily save emails and attachments to SharePoint through Send & File, drag-and-drop, or Outlook rules. Entire folders can be copied to SharePoint. Email fields are instantly captured and users can set content types and custom metadata. Enterprise managed and keyword metadata can be set via the term store. Emails are saved as .msg files with unique names.

Document & Form Libraries Specific SharePoint document libraries or folders are easily linked to Outlook with a toolbar button. Content is displayed with a tree view in the left-hand navigation pane. Documents and document sets are easily opened, edited, and saved. Documents can be created using document and form templates, or added through drag-and-drop. In-place records management is supported in SharePoint 2010.
