Colligo Reader for SharePoint

Colligo Reader for SharePoint is a .NET application for use on Windows 2000/XP/Vista laptops. It's completely free for individual (non-commercial) installation. It connects to the server using standard SharePoint web services, so no server modifications are required. Colligo Reader works with all shipping versions of SharePoint (WSS 2.0/3.0, SharePoint Foundation, or SharePoint Server 2003/2007/2010).

Once Colligo Reader has been installed on your laptop, click synchronize and enter the URL of the SharePoint site you wish to sync followed by your standard SharePoint site login credentials. Colligo Reader first retrieves the document libraries and lists available from that site so you may select specific ones to download. Once the content is synchronized to your laptop, you can read all documents and lists.

Step 1 First enter your SharePoint credentials to download the site. Colligo Reader then logs into the SharePoint site and retrieves online document libraries and lists that are available for you to select based on your user permissions. Step 2
Downloaded content is then stored locally on the laptop and is available to be accessed anywhere, no network connection is required.
