Returning Colligo Products

At Colligo Networks, Inc. we want to ensure that you make an informed decision before your purchase. With that in mind we encourage you to explore the product pages of our website to obtain comprehensive product information; we also recommend you take advantage of our free trial software download, where it is available, to evaluate the product before you buy.

The return policy for downloaded products is 30 days from the date of purchase. Therefore in the event that you need to return a Colligo product your must make your request within 30 days of your purchase.

To request a refund for your downloaded software purchase, you must submit a formal request, by email to our sales support team at element 5 (http://esd.element5.com/ccc/customer_service.html). In your message, you should explain what the problem was and why you want to return the product, include your name, e-mail address and the reference code of your purchase. You will find the reference code in the purchase confirmation e-mail (for more detailed information please see http://esd.element5.com/ccc ).

A signed Letter of Destruction must be received by postal mail or fax before Colligo Networks, Inc. will authorize element 5 to proceed with a refund. To obtain an LOD, please e-mail us at sales@colligo.com.

Once your refund request has been reviewed, the Letter of Destruction has been received, and we approve the refund; we will send our consent to process the refund to element 5. The amount of time it takes to process the refund will depend how soon we receive your response(s). Your refund will be credited to the credit card charged during your original transaction. element 5 will contact you by email to confirm the refund has been completed.
