Colligo PE has been discontinued but you can take advantage of even more useful tools when you purchase Colligo Workgroup Edition. For more information go to Workgroup Edition


To use the "instant network" function in Colligo Workgroup Edition and Workgroup Edition for Lotus Notes, how close do I need to be to other Colligo users?

Colligo Workgroup Edition and Workgroup Edition for Lotus Notes enable users to set up their own ad hoc WiFi connections using the hardware installed in their laptop. Distance depends on the functional specifications of the hardware and environmental factors such as walls or other obstacles, both of which are independent of Colligo software. The usual range is 50 - 300 feet if you are using standard 802.11 WiFi hardware.

I purchased through the Colligo online store, but have not received my software yet. Who can I contact?

Colligo customers that want to receive minor version upgrades and get telephone support should purchase an annual maintenance and support package. For single copies of software, maintenance and support can be purchased through the Colligo Store. For our enterprise customers / large volume licenses, an annual support and maintenance contract can be tailored to their business needs. Please contact sales@colligo.com to find out more.
